The Atlas Tube Centre is a multi-use recreation complex featuring 3 ice pads, gymnasium, library, indoor walking track and aquatic centre with a lazy river, lap pool, recreational pool and therapeutic pool.

The International Freedom Festival is a multi-day and multi-cultural celebration in late June marking Canada Day on July 1 and the American Independence Day on July 4.
